- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Please note that certain items are not eligible for return:

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us.
- Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped to you.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
